Monkey Business If a Monkey wants one, so should you! Monkey Business really must have begun when the first banana showed up on a tree. It made a giant evolutionary leap in 1983 when a couple of monkeys decided that there must more to life than picking lice all day. Their "oo-oo" moment caused them to start making stuff that monkeys (and a few humans) wanted to buy. Eventually their coconut tree could not hold all of the product or customer demand so they opened a store. That lead to another store, and another. As they say "the rest is history". The way things really work is that we are developing and selling new products and designs year 'round. Our stores are in summer resort areas so that is when we figure out what the best stuff is. That "best stuff" then generally shows up here on our shopping site. If you saw something in one of our stores over the summer but, like a "slow monkey", did not buy it then and you do not see it here, you can always send us an email that describes what you are looking for. |
